YellA disgrace of a company !!!
Please think carefuly if you rent from this shower. My ( and others) experiences, are similar. Without going into to much detail, when I rented my one bedroom ( fully furnished) flat, after 12 months reported dampness. Now can I say, there was no drying facilities for my clothes, and when I moved in there was a dehumidifier in the cupboard ( alarm bells should have rang), though when I was drying clothes windows were left open etc. I reported this in dec but NOTHING was done. Always document phone calls, take photos, keep e mails etc. When I vacated the flat in March they said it had deterioted and put the blame on me. Also they DO NOT give you copies of inspection reports, they are slow (IF AT ALL), at doing repairs When vacating they turned up at 10 in the morning, without notice, and if your not ready to vacate they will slap extra rent on to you. The deposit protection company they use, I believe are as good as a chocolate tea pot !!!!. Please be careful if you rent from them !!!!

Basically, they orally accepted our offer for one of their properties (with us and separately through our solicitor), then accepted a (slightly?) higher offer - without us even knowing until they told us that we had been gazumped. Unprincipled I'm afraid. Would literally not trust them.
