GoogleWe have just purchased our first property with Richmonds. From start to finish they have been ultimate professionals, particularly Ben. We had multiple viewings, and no matter what time of day Richmonds were flexible around us. When we finally found our house, Ben was a fantastic support through the offer and exchange process, keeping us up to date on progress and reassuring us around any uncertainty. Also through the search our requirements were always adhered to and it never felt pushy like some other agents. I would recommend Richmonds and would definitely use again in the future.

GoogleRichmonds are not our estate agents we are buying a house through them. We have had multiple problems with the sale of our house. We've also had problems being able to speak to our estate agents and conveyancers. Kevin has been absolutely brilliant. He has been the only person who has contacted us regularly throughout the whole process to touch base and inform us of what's happening in the chain. When we've had problems he has chased our estate agents and conveyancers for us. He has also given us help and support and hes not our estate agent! He even phoned to congratulate us on exchanging contracts before our estate agent. Kevin has gone above and beyond in helping us.We now wish we had put our house on the market with Richmonds.. I would highly recommend Richmonds to everyone. I doubt there are many estate agents who are so committed to selling your house that they would be so helpful to your buysers. Thank you once again for all your help.

GoogleWe have just sold and purchased our property through Richmonds. Although it hasn't been a easy ride and took some time to get to the finish line they have supported us through it all. They were very prompt and professional with our sale. When it came to viewing potential homes their knowledge about Hedge End and the properties was the best in the area. There was always someone to talk to and always returned calls. Particular shout out to Ben who was a life saver and went the extra mile for us. Would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleWe recently put our house on the market with Richmonds. They were professional and proactive. Ben kept us fully informed regarding each prospective purchaser and contact with the rest of the team was always friendly and efficient. We did ask another local agent to value the property and they didn't even bother to follow up the meeting so we felt that their passive approach was not going to help us sell our property. Unfortunately circumstances beyond our control meant that we had to withdraw the property from the market. Again Richmonds were very understanding and courteous. I would have no hesitation in employing their services in future.

GoogleHad a viewing booked but no one turned up. Phoned to see what was happening to be told there was no viewing planned. Further investigation confirmed there was a booking, but it had been cancelled by them. They were too busy to inform me of the cancellation.
We have checked our database/schedule of appointments and the above person doesn’t exist. We are happy to deal with genuine folk; however, spam suggestions like the one above will be investigated and if in genuine will be ignored.

GoogleI have used Richmonds for approximately 10 years now and have sold and purchased numerous properties with them. I have always found them professional, responsive when raising questions and fair with their pricing and valuations. Unlike many estate agents, richmonds provide weekend and out of hours contact providing mobile numbers for their agents which is perfect if you work typical office hours and need to contact them when it’s convenient for you. Simply put I wouldn’t trust any other estate agent within SO30 and surrounding areas to provide the same services.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleProbably the last Estate Agent I would use in Hedge End. Often posts junk though my letterbox saying they have a genuine buyer looking for a property in my street, a technique that is trying to drive the market and encourage otherwise contented people to sell. It is very annoying and Richmonds are the only local agent who stoop low enough do this. They have also let a neighbouring property to people who they clearly didn't vet well enough...
Probably the last person we would want to deal with… if one is offended by Leaflets then they should tape up their letterbox
