However, the listing price they suggested was so far off the mark (around 25% over the figure our potential buyer’s surveyor and mortgage company provided) that it cost us around 6 months in looking for a new buyer and having to reduce to a much more realistic price. We would not only recommend but URGE anyone selling in the local area to choose Johnny and Paul to handle their move. We have truly never experienced such a personal service- both Johnny and Paul are so easy to contact directly, communication is fantastic and it’s clear they put 100% of themselves into their business.
The best things about using EweMove as your agent are firstly the level of communication, and secondly the accompanied viewings. I found as both a buyer and a seller- accompanied viewings were far more comfortable. Not having to plan your life around viewings is invaluable and completely takes the stress out of selling.
