I was extremely pleased with the excellent service I received from EweMove. I live 100 miles from the property that I was selling and Ewe Move's business model made it easy for me. Their business model doesn't involve a shop presence. Instead what I experienced was they have local agents who stay in contact with their customers through WhasApp which my agent, Steph, who lives locally, made effective use of by keeping me up to date promptly and frequently. I found this most helpful and effective. Because Steph knows the area well she gave me useful contacts which enabled me promptly to sort a damp issue and get the property decorated. Therefore I was able quickly to put my property up for sale. Steph/EweMove know the local property market well and Steph soon organized group viewings of my property. I got several good offers really fast. it was great Steph knew where the buyers were at til completion of sale and communicated that to me if relevant. I found Steph approachable. Thus I was able to ask her on one occasion to check my property concerning some fact my solicitor wanted. The local decorator contact also helped me by getting an unwanted freezer out of the house. I am very appreciative how all these contributions took the stress out of selling my property. Out of the seven properties I've bought and sold over the years EweMove was easily the best experience I've had of an estate agent.

I cannot recommend EweMove at Hebden Bridge highly enough! Having just taken the plunge and moved from Cragg Vale to West Devon, I have been fully supported throughout the process by this remarkable team. I admit to having reservations to begin with, having moved several times before with variable experiences of estate agents, but Steph won me over at the outset, and has supported me every step of the way. True to her word, she has been available via WhatsApp 24/7, responding to my every message immediately, with friendly and helpful advice. Steph goes way above and beyond and her passion for her work shines through. I am so grateful to her and the team for helping to make this move such a positive one. I recommended EweMove to someone in another area and they have also had a great service, having been struggling to sell with another agent. Alex quite literally found me my dream home. After I lost the first one he showed me (also lovely) he was so kind. He had a really good instinct for the kind of house I wanted, none of this offering houses I would never be interested in like so many other agencies. And with perfect timing he found me the house I am sitting in now. It was rough going for reasons out of his control but he stayed with it and reassured me when I had the occasional meltdown!
