John, Lyn and the team dealt with the sale of my Mother's bungalow following her death. At a difficult time for me, they handled the whole process with sensitivity and professionalism. From initial valuation to final completion they could not have been more helpful or supportive. They provided me with expert advice along the way, e.g. in response to survey reports and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to try to ensure the sale progressed in a timely manner. Communications throughout were efficient and kept me up-to-date without being intrusive. A family run business who take pride in looking after their clients and putting their interests first. Based on my experience I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I recently sold my property in Exeter and arranged for several valuations through Estate Agents in Exeter. The valuation by Burgoynes was over £100K less than the other 3 agents values which I was very shocked and concerned by. Thankfully by going with another Exeter agent (Samuels) I achieved a price that not only matched the other higher valuations but I avoided the considerable loss that I would have made had I gone with Burgoynes. I'm sorry I cannot recommend Burgoynes in any way.

From initial valuation by John through to final sale via Lynn and Jemma was exceptional.The best part of using Burgoynes is that they Lynn in particular monitor the sale and chased everybody up my conveyancers and the buyers conveyancers making sure we were all doing what we needed to be to achieve a quick sale. Which was 6weeks, after initially losing our first buyers.Thought the property file app is a great aid to see where everyone is.

Our recent move was a big one: we sold our house the day before our third child arrived and were against the clock to find a new family home in a new city and in time for primary school allocations. Jemma and John understood what we needed as well as what we wanted and, after our first purchase fell through, they pulled out all the stops to find us an alternative property. I chose Burgoyne Estate Agents for lots of reasons, local to where I Live, they know the area where the house I was selling, they have been selling properties for a long time and they are a family business which I believe in. But they really went that extra mile when I gave them the challenge of selling my house and home. They did everything they promised and kept me in the loop and Jemma really took all the stress away from me so that I could carry on my life and left everything to the team. I really loved the dashboard app that told me everything I needed to know once my sale was progressing and at anytime I wanted I went into the office with no appointment and Jemma, John and Lyn always had time to talk to me, I would definitely use Burgoynes again to handle a house sale and recommend them to everyone!
