When I courteously informed you that the executor of the will had decided to use another, more local estate agent, your attitude changed completely. At best you were unprofesional, at worst, very rude, culminating with you ending our telephone conversation abruptly.

I can confirm that our window displays do display properties, but even better than that are our television displays which not only display our properties, it even has a QR code which takes you straight to our website which displays all of the properties. Not many agents in the area offer this and we gain such quick sales for our clients that thankfully they believe our service to be the best.
