GoogleRecently purchased a house from JNP and cannot fault the help, feedback and service received. It was Sheila who kept the ball rolling for everyone in the chain of 5 buyers/sellers and would recommend JNP services to anyone thinking of selling/purchasing in the future. Well done!

TrustpilotSo-so for rentals, Good for buyers/sellers
Great if you are selling or buying a property. Will get all the boot licking possible. Not quite so good if you are renting. Could do better with improving support for tenants even basic communication.

GoogleVery bad attitude
Agent replied · 16 August 2026
Sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience, no one in my office can recall meeting or speaking to you. Could you please contact me on 01993 776775 or email me on john@breckon.co.uk to discuss this in more detail. We have won the British Property Awards for three years running, I honestly feel that there is perhaps a misunderstanding and would love to resolve this. Kind regards, John Bouwer (Director).
