From the first meeting with Josh, the MD of PSP Homes, then being introduced to Josh's delightful team of colleagues who showed prospective buyers around and then once an offer was accepted by us, working alongside Elliot to keep the sale moving, we were impressed with the customer service demonstrated. We never felt "processed" or that we as the sellers didn't matter, although of course moving can be full of disappointment and challenge. In the wise words of Elliot, "you never just move" - there's always something else going on / happening in your life. And ours was no exception, yet Josh, Elliot, Louisa and Anna helped us to pull it out of the bag. Our purchasers are delighted with their new home and we, ours! Thank you PSP homes - we're always happy to recommend you, although Brian says, "we're never moving again". Let's see ... and my motto is, "never say never".

I am a landlord and my tenants have only just moved in so my review is based on the service PSP have offered in regards to marketing my property and finding tenants. Throughout this process PSP have been extremely helpful, efficient, approachable and human. They haven't just reeled off the same old cliches but have had proper conversations with me. The brochure/listing was great quality, and we achieved several offers over and above guide price.
