If you are looking to sell your home I honestly couldn’t recommend PSP highly enough. We had the pleasure of both buying and selling through them. With regards to selling the whole process was great from start to finish. Excellent marketing and photographs of our home and a first class social media campaign as well as proactively contacting their database of clients ensured we had lots of interest and viewings booked. The show rounds of our home by the PSP team were fantastic and we recieved multiple offers exceeding our expectations. We also happily purchased our current home through them. The after sales process was managed brilliantly by Elliot who I will be forever grateful too. Our sales process was not an easy one and he was always on the end of the phone when we needed him with his calm and pragmatic approach. His communication was excellent and he followed up on all the small (& large) details that eventually got the sale through. If you need an estate agents then PSP are the team for you.

I purchased a home today actually which was being sold by PSP Homes. As if buying a house is not stressful enough. Add a pandemic the world has never seen into to the mix. Making it a whole lot harder. Josh, was fantastic so to his colleagues throughout the whole process. He kept me updated throughout and in the loop at all times. He always replyed promptly every time I asked a question etc . He also constantly chased all involved in the chain to try and make sure the sale could be completed in the timeline. PSP dealt with the property we purchased. Elliot was extremely helpful (not to mention very well dressed!) He communicated with us throughout the process. Elliot always passed us information before our own solicitors had. During a lengthy process he was always happy to come out and let us have repeated viewings at the house to take measurements, liaised with surveyors etc. He also did everything he could to try and speed up the purchase. Definitely the most helpful person throughout the whole house moving process. If we ever sell again we will definitely use PSP homes.

Have had two excellent experiences with PSP, as a first-time buyer and then as part of a chain, on the second occasion the team were brilliant, helping to keep things moving over a protracted period and then springing into action when our prospective buyer dropped out while we were on holiday in Australia (!). They found a new buyer within a week and helped get everything over the line. The team is hard working, responsive and friendly.
