They marketed the house very well, we had a number of offers and agreed a sale within three days. They chased things up when necessary and kept us informed every step of the way. GoogleVery happy with the overall service from PSP and agreed commission rate. Brochure including photos were good quality and communication with PSP was timely and delivered well. Open day viewings organised well and delivered as expected. Challenges in the sale handled appropriately. We wanted an agency that “did what they said they would “ and PSP did this every time. A much better experience than dealing with our purchase agents.

GoogleI have to say that before working with Josh at PSP, I had the stereotypical mistrust of Estate agents. Josh has completely changed that. From the outset he's been nothing but helpful, we feel honest and balanced and frankly we wouldn't have looked at our lovely new home without him giving us a nudge. Of course, you expect those who earn a commission to put the effort in until the sale has closed but in fact, I would say nothing has changed since it has and we've moved in. Those minor follow up issues you always get are not too much trouble. Comms via text or email are responded to and followed up promptly, all in all its been a painless, dare I say pleasurable experience. They say people buy from people, and we've bought from Josh and we would do again.

GoogleElliot was so personable and always happy to help. If Elliot was ever unavailable, I also found other staff members I spoke to at PSP to be very polite, professional and helpful. He secured us a buyer quickly and successfully negotiated the sale price we wanted for our property and we would definitely recommend him and PSP in future.

GoogleWe came to them after we got fed up with the agents we'd been using for a little less than a year. I'm sure some of it is who you get in the door but they had sold the house within a week or two. The main thing was that they were super responsive and really easy to work with. We had a great experience and if we were selling again in the area I would definitely use them again.
