GoogleWe have sold with Holroyd on two occasions and cannot speak highly enough of Simon and his team of Russell and Louise. They are professional and efficient but maintain honesty and integrity at all times. Their extensive knowledge of the local market is invaluable and they have advised us perfectly through the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend selling with Holroyd Homes.

FacebookI first met Simon in January 2020, I chose Holroyd as I wanted a smaller local company. They have been very good from the begining in which ended up being a long experience losing my first buyer to covid lockdown but they pressed on I think I'm at buyer 4 others also falling to problems with covid lockdowns,loss of jobs etc. In all this time they have continued to keep me informed and been extremely helpful , friendly and understanding. I would recommend them if you want a local dedicated team.

FacebookI have now used Holroyd twice to sell my property's over the last 5 years and am always blown away by the level of service i receive. They are not the "typical" estate agent, they give an honest approach to the whole process and keep you updated along the way. I have never had to second guess anything and have always known where i stand. These things are very stressful and Holroyd have always made me feel calm in the knowledge they had it all in control. I wouldn't use anyone else if i am honest.

GoogleHaving purchased and sold many houses while working my way up the property ladder, I have come across many estate agents and without doubt Simon Holroyd and his team are the best estate agents i have dealt with - they are not a stereotypical estate agency - they are honest, friendly, loyal and go above and beyond to ensure that your house sale/purchase goes smoothly and efficiently. Many estate agents in the area have come and gone, but I am so glad that Holroyd have not. I wouldn't use anyone else now. They are a great independent company, where you will treated as an important client, rather than just a number on their books.
