Simon has been our letting agent for approximately ten years, overseeing our rental property, which we purchased from him. He has always been very professional in his approach and also very dependable. We feel secure and supported with any advice offered and feel that he has our best interests at heart. He was particularly supportive during a trying period with one tennant and sort additional expert advice to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Really great experience with Holroyd letting out my property. I live abroad, so I needed someone who could just take care of everything without me having to worry, and they did exactly that.
