GoogleWhat a great company ! I have dealt with them since their inception for my rental property & always had great tenants, professional, courteous & friendly service. Recently they have got me to exchange of contracts with completion at the end of the month. From start to end they’ve kept me in touch with progress, I couldn’t rate the team more highly.

After meeting with each agent, we felt that Simon was the most sincere and made us feel like we wouldn’t just be “another client on the books”. We then took the decision to sell our home through Simon and his team. From the onset, the whole team was professional, friendly, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Louise conducted multiple viewings in our home and these were undertaken with respect to our property and possessions, which was particularly important during the pandemic. GoogleSimon and his team were professional and diligent throughout the recent sale of my property. Simon came to value the property and instantly came across as very sincere and genuine. There was realism and honesty from the outset , which can sometimes feel hard to find from the larger chains of estate agents. Simon personally handled many aspects of the sale and helped to speed up the process by chasing up enquiries with solicitors. All queries swiftly responded to by the team. Highly recommended.

Simon, Russell, Louise and the team were always available when we needed anything and everyone was very friendly and easy to speak to. They were also great at helping to move the chain along without being pushy with us which was very much appreciated. GoogleI first dealt with Simon 11 years ago when I bought my first home from him. His service was exceptional and my husband and I always said that when we wanted to sell our house we would always use him. For the second time round he has been exceptional truly going above and beyond, which is exactly the reason why we used his services again. Simon offers a personal professional service and most importantly keeps us fully informed during the entire process. When things got stressful Simon and his team did there best to take the stress away which really has helped. Simon and his team are professional yet friendly and go the extra mile to help. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us. We have brought and sold through holroyd and both services have been exceptional. We viewed many houses this time round through other agents and the service from them was appalling. From though we didn't find our new home through Simon this time round he still offered advice on helping us find the right home. I will always use holroyd if I was to sell or buy another home and always recommend him to others. I want to say a huge thank you to all of the team for all of your help!

GoogleAMAZING Estate agent. We were using another local estate agent in Haywards Heath to sell our house that we found terrible. They didn't give us any feedback,, hardly any viewings, kept blaming it on the price etc. etc. We decided to engage with Holroyd Homes after about 16 week of nightmare. Instantly we felt so much better from the first time of meeting Simon, he gave us some amazing advice, gave us realistic price and communication was spot on from start to finish. We had a great flow of prospective buyers coming through the property and within 8 weeks the property was sold. They have been brilliant in keeping the communication open all the way to us Exchanging last week. We couldn't be happier with the service from Holroyd and would like to thank Simon, Russell and Louise for all your help!!

FacebookLove this Estate Agent. This is how business should be done. I have a few properties that I rent, which were managed by another estate and lettings agent. Having sold my personal home with Holroyd homes I was so impressed with the service, knowledge and honesty I have now transferred my rental properties for Simon and his team to look after. Since I made the change I haven't looked back, They have looked after everything and kept me updated when needed.
