I recently went through a buying process with Fox and Sons at Brighton Western Road. Unfortunately, for other reasons, the purchase was slow and difficult and didn't work out in the end, but throughout a stressful 8 months, all the staff at Fox and Sons were consistently great, Sam in particular.

Even 1 star is too much ! Over valued house by 45 thousand, then they informed us it was up too high! Had to chase them for feedback from viewings , staff extremely unhelpful ONCE they had the property on Their portfolio, have removed house from the market will wait until we are out of contract and use someone else, also their fees are astronomical.

DO NOT USE FOR RENTING. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to process the repayment of our security deposit. We had to do all the chasing - all they could supply was excuses. You have been warned.

Fox and sons- burgess hill branch Myself and my partner bought through fox and sons, the experience was stressful due to the seller of the house we were purchasing, but I can happily say that f+s were very supportive and helpful through this experience. Jamie from fox and sons was especially great at staying in contact with me and was amazing support and guidance.

GoogleThoroughly rude estate agents. Arranged to visit a property and they went to the wrong address. They wouldn't let me view two properties unless I saw their mortgage advisor. I received phone calls and texts from them at least once everyday about properties I wasn't interested in. When I asked them to stop they abruptly hung up on me.

GoogleFantastic customer service from both Adams at Fox and Sons who helped in the process of moving into our new home. Adam Locker in particular is always at the end of the phone and replies to emails promptly making us feel like valued clients. Would highly recommend these agents to anyone looking for their new dream home.

GooglePoor communication on multiple occasions trying to arrange viewings, unsure why it should be difficult to arrange this when you are selling houses this should be normal. Additionally they make incessant irrelevant phone calls (I once had 3 calls in one day) when repeatedly asked for no other ‘hows your search going’ calls.

Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.
