Worst service I have ever received from an estate agent in the Taunton branch...I can only say I would never place a property for sale with them...no phone call back from numerous messages left on a property they have for sale I'm interested in

GoogleVery impressed with the Haywards Heath team - professional, proactive and effective service helped us with what is by far the smoothest house move we have had. The guys kept us informed throughout, and the post-viewing feedback was spot on. Thank you!PositiveProfessionalism

TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleWe left another Estate Agent as we were so unhappy with their service and employed Fox & Sons, they were more expensive but gave us feedback at every step of the way and supported us from the first viewing right through to completion. Worth the extra!

GoogleI would give zero stars if I could! Do NOT go through them for your mortgage services you'll end up paying a lot more than you bargain for! Unprofessional. Don't bother paying the lifetime membership fee for their mortgage services - you'll only ever use them once!
