GoogleAfter a awful experience with a previous employee of Connell's (Nick Sefton - DO NOT let this man anywhere near your property!) Isobel has gone above and beyond to make the current tenancy run smoothly and provided fantastic support and communication. As with a previous review I would recommend working with Isobel or Victoria, if they were to leave the branch so would my business.

GoogleIt's not the easiest time to be purchasing a property literally throughout the COVID lockdown, but the team and Connells were amazing and consistently professional. They kept me up-to-date throughout the whole elongated process and were very responsive - resulting in a successful completion post lockdown. I would definitely recommend them and happily use them again.

GoogleGood experience as tenants, but it took Connells 8 weeks to return our deposit despite being told there were no issues with the property and nothing was being deducted, and new tenants had moved in. In the end we had to raise a case with with TDS in order to get our money back.
