The wonderful team at Willowgreen are the best in Malton. Following an abortive attempt to sell our cottage the previous year, Lisa and the team sold our property within two weeks of putting it back on the market. All of the team at WG were professional and ensured that the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. As an elderly couple we were somewhat daunted by it all, but Lisa and all the team were kind and caring and thoughtful to us both throughout. We recently moved into a rental in Slingsby and the customer service received from Sam was Exceptional. In our opinion she went the extra mile and made us and also our two dogs feel very special when she came round to visit us. Its Great Willow Green are Dog friendly Estate agents with a welcoming dog friendly office . They understand it can be difficult getting a rental with dogs. Willowgreen were the agents in Malton who sold us our beautiful home which we moved into on the 11th October. From the first meeting with their helpful and charming agent,through all the trials and tribulations of broken chains and delays and the usual frustrating drawn out selling and buying process ,to the jubilant hand over of the keys on completion ,Willowgreen were patient and charming . They were able to keep the whole process moving through good communication, organisation and polite interaction.
