Brock Taylor just sold my house! I was delighted with the whole process. Quietly, efficiently and with no real drama it all went to plan. Luisa ànd Stephen kept me informed, I liked the use of what’s app. They listened to ànd followed my preferences and built a good relationship with the buyers. The initial valuation was spot on as it’s the sale price we agreed. There was no chain so that helped but it was all done ànd dusted in about 10 weeks. À very happy customer!

I cannot recommend Willowgreen Malton enough. Genuinely they were the best part of my house selling/buying experience. I recently bought a property through them and from the start everyone was so lovely and helpful, from Ted that showed us around, Lisa who was amazing at negotiating our sale and then I can’t give enough praise to Lisa and Bev who dealt with the whole process afterwards through to completion. We were moving from a long way out of the area so I didn’t really have any contacts but they recommended a surveyor, arranged for a builder to offer advice and even gave me details of a cleaner. We had a stressful last few weeks of the process due to my buyers solicitor and Bev even got involved pushing that for us. Their friendliness and helpfulness made them stand out and at all times I felt they were on my side. Massive thank you to the whole team.

Luisa and Stephen in Haywards Heath Branch were amazing. They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. Choosing an estate agent is a tricky thing, but I am so happy with my choice using Brock Taylor to sell. When they came to see the house they were well prepared with research and took so much care looking at my home and highlighting its features they were also very enthusiastic, which I saw all the way through the sales journey. Liam and Luisa were excellent all the way through, arranging viewings and their communication was top notch, always giving timely feedback and even checking in when there was no news, just to keep me in the loop - something which was really appreciated. Once I’d accepted an offer, Luisa acting as the dedicated sales progressor was so helpful. She kept everything moving and communicated with my onward purchase too - I always felt informed and she was always happy to answer my questions (which were numerous!) on several occasions she emailed me updates on her day off as she noticed them come in and didn’t want me to wait until her next day in the office, so kind and thoughtful. I don’t think the selling and buying of houses can ever be stress free, but the team at Brock Taylor did everything possible to make it as stress free/smooth a process as possible! I have no hesitation at all to recommend Brock Taylor in Haywards Heath if you are looking to move home.

We found them to be prompt with viewings and all of the agents were more than happy to take the time to answer our queries. We dealt with several members of the team, firstly Bella who was our point of contact when our offer was made. She kept us informed of what was going on and made us feel comfortable; nothing felt like any trouble. Francesca then led on progressing our sale and, again, was professional, friendly and efficient, even when delivering difficult news. We sold our house over a year ago with Willowgreen and we cannot recommend them enough. From the initial valuation which was undertaken and priced well in the market conditions, gorgeous photographs and outstanding customer service and support from all of the ladies. Nothing was ever too much trouble and even when we had our sale fall through (through no fault of us or WG) they were on the ball and got our house back on the market and found a wonderful buyer and got the sale pushed through. At the time I remember speaking to Francesca who told us to keep being optimistic and she was right because we almost bought a house which wasn’t right for us but now because of the delays we had to look for something else and now we live in our forever home, which we adore.
