Google12 Years - That’s how long I’ve been with these guys ! Being a non uk resident landlord . I’ve never stepped into my apartment after it was bought out in 2012 .Gupreet & Farzana are the stars of this virtues business. Great communication & trusted individuals. Highly recommend .

GoogleBe careful , they are simply cheaters .. i have lost £900 pounds because of them... Landlord sold property a week before the rent due date and they did not tell me. As soon as i have transferred £900 they told me property is sold so i had to leave the house.. They didn't refund my money... they were saying i have to ask Landlord for refund.. Why do i have to ask landlord as If i have transferred into agency account.... Simply they are Big mouth cheaters. Non professional .... they are only good in chit chat.

GoogleI inquired about renting a 2-bedroom house. & I continuously called them however they are not taking an interest to guide me in the same. Moreover, when one of my friends visited the office though they are not interested to help as well. It's not worth contacting this agency .

GoogleAll the people especially landlord careful from these CHEATERS they lie to me from beginning to end. first valued £470000 they found the buyer and told me value comes £430000 told me mortgage already arranged i instruct my solicitor paid £1500 then at the end told me mortgage declined BUT he could arrange the cash if i reduced TWENTY THOUSAND MORE. They waist my time and money and big headache . I never used them again

GoogleTerrible client management. Send me message with wrong house number tried to call 6 times nobody was picking up and then when I tried to reach their office by landline number women who picked up phone was almost blaming me for their mistake. Estate agent even didn’t bothered to meet his clients outside the house. Such a waste of time

GoogleEveryone be careful !!!. My house was sold at £10,000 less than what Simple valued it as. They took money on the valued price not what it was sold at. So I paid a percentage on money I didn't have !!!!!! it was in the small print to be fair be sure to asked your agent.

GoogleAbsolute terrible and in the long run they dont care about your needs as long as they make there commission, very bad service would not recommend anyone to use simple estate agents. There are many more agents in the area , go through them to sell your house to avoid the hassle and stress.

GoogleExcellent experience...as a landlord Simple exceeded my expectations. Credit checks were carried out thoroughly and full reports emailed to me. Always keep me updated regarding my property. I was introduced to Simple Estates via a recommendation and will not hesitate to recommend them myself.
