Thank you for your review. It is very unfortunate you have decided to leave this negative comment about our company, following an attempt by yourself to rent a property via our agency in May 2019. Unfortunately (as it was explained to you at the time), the landlord decided to let his property to another tenant with another estate agent. It is the landlords prerogative to make his own decisions on which tenant he choses to accept for his property. I would agree with you over your dissatisfaction with the fact the landlord changed his mind at the last minute as it caused a lot of inconvenience to yourself and Hunters (Sofia). Sofia who dealt with your file, did her very best to help you and you understood at the time, Hunters were not to blame for the landlord withdrawing from the tenancy. We are extremely sorry you never got the property you wanted to rent, we hope you found another suitable accommodation and are now settled in your new home. We wish you all the best for your future, kind regards, Hunters Estate Agents
