She was very professional and knowledgable. She was able to help my family find a property in Hayes in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The agent handling my case, Jason, was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to explaining the finer details, responding to emails, and guiding me through the referencing process, agreement signing, and check-in, Jason's professionalism and timely responses to any requests or queries I had were exemplary. Another colleague, Sam, deserves a special mention for his supportive and attentive approach when I contacted the office. It's clear that customer service is a top priority for the Henry Wiltshire team. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided and would gladly rate it 10 out of 10 if the scoring system allowed, but since it doesn't, they definitely deserve a 5 out of 5! GoogleOne of the worst estate agents I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. I found the sales manager named Jason to be rude, aggressive, unprofessional and a bully with the underhanded intimidating tactics he uses to try and and force people to sell along with his threatening behaviour he has shown towards me causing distress. Avoid this company.

GoogleHave been using these guys for about a year and unfortunately had a tenant go back to India less than 6 months after moving in. They have been great in handling the transition and quick to find a tenant. I had a few problems with the transition and some associated costs but the key thing is they moved so quick to resolve it (at 9pm!) I highly recommend them as they are the only (dare I say) honest agents I have dealt with! Harry, Kelly, Fiona and Rebecca have been very helpful so far
