GoogleLast week I had a viewing with a young man called Emilio his customer service was outstanding! He had great knowledge on the property and it’s amenities. He gave me adequate information on the surrounding area. Such as the public transport links into the city, restaurants, bars and schools within the vicinity.

GoogleStay away! I was interested about a property i was the first to call and see it and told them that i want to proceed with paying the deposit and renting it but they were avoiding me saying that they will call me back wich they never did and then they said me to call them the next morning which i did and they said to me that someone else made an offer and the landlord accepted it! Rubbish people stay away i wasted 2 hours to go see the property and another 2 to go back home and they treated me like this!

GoogleVery bad company, DON’T EVER TRUST THEM!! They will show you the property, make an offer, accepted and after that stop answering your phone call. You start doing your paperwork and they will sell the property to someone else and keep saying that the property is still your just continue with all the paperwork and payment. And you will be the stupid to trust and wait for their email or letter that never comes. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNicole Murray showed outstanding professionalism. The customer service l that I have experienced was amazing with haart. She was very polite and understanding with what I would need from a property, she took in all the information I gave to her to help me find the most suitable property. Even though we didn’t find a property Nicole’s service was amazing. I would recommend everyone to talk to Nicole in Hayes branch as she will make sure that us as tenants will find the perfect property.

FacebookI have a number of issues( over 2yrs) in a property I'm renting from Haart and absolutely nothing has been been done. I have sent numerous of emails and I've made loads of phone calls, still nothing has been done. The worst estate agents to deal with. I have NEVER owed them a penny. I need some legal advice !!
