GoogleRented a property to me without telling me that the person I would be living with had hyper-sensitive hearing. Living in the same house as them was incredibly stressful and I had to move somewhere else after a month. Not only that, this agency will not return my deposit to me even though they themselves are holding it and they have given no reason to withhold it. Will never use this agency again and will actively discourage people I know from ever using Haart.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had a very bad experience with this estate agents, I viewed a property, offered on the property, after processing mortgage and bring solicitors, they said property is gone now. Background: Haart estate agents asked to cancelled my mortgage application with my advisor quoting they wont hold the property if I wont go with their advisor(shame of them), after going with their mortgage advisor, they couldn't able to get the mortgage for the property. They delayed the entire process. After all the processing they never moved the house to STC, they said house is yours for couple of days, after 2 days, they informed owner increased the amount, even after quoting the amount they suggested, they said owner is not willing to sell the property now. Truth behind the scene is, owner had 2 or 3 estate agents, landmark estate agent dealt very nice and closed the property 2 weeks before. So, these agents made me to process mortgage and other things for fun, as there is no such property in market. very bad experience with them, they cheated me, please never trust them.
