Kia and Nadine provided an excellent service from start to finish. They were always on hand to answer any queries so a communication channel was always open during this time. They even regularly chased the solicitors (who were extremely difficult to get a hold of). If you are buying or selling a property I would highly recommend the team of professionals at Haart estate agents, Hayes. The team made the stressful time of purchasing a property much easier to deal with and look forward to working with them in the future.

I contacted Haart to get my property valued after I had my property on the market for a while with another agent.I had the pleasure in meeting Steve who talked me through the whole process that haart could offer and I found him to be very knowledge , helpful. Steve also advised me that I would have Emilio who would accompany prospective buyers on the viewings. I eventually meet Emilio when he came to my house on viewings was pleasant, friendly, and made sure each person who entered my home at all viewings were showed around and well informed. I also had the pleasure in also dealing with Nadine who kept me well informed on the sale of my property from start to finish . On a whole I would recommend Haart Estate agents as I found them to be very professional and the staff who dealt with my sale was very helpful from the start to the end.

I am still in the process of buying a house with them.Although their work has not yet finished but I believe it's the time to leave a review on their great job. Since the very beginning they have been great, very professional, honest , caring through all the stages. Very instructive with directing me to the right path.As a first time buyer I was lost in the very complicated buying process. I wouldn't have done it without their great help and support specially from Nadine Matthew who was even acting on my behalf to chase my solicitor to prevent any further delay that might have ended up to a fallen through sale. She is great as well as all others that I had a chance to speak to or email them like Emilio and Jas, all very welcoming and care a lot. I thank you all and wish you all ,great success.

We used Haart through The New Holmes Group along with two other estate agents to try and sell our house quickly. To give Som background, we had been on the market with an Estate Agent who was local (only) and claimed they could sell with their superior local knowledge. We blindly signed on a 12 week contract. To cut a long story short.they struggled to get people through the door and were full of excuses. As soon as Haart took on property, I knew they were different given the effort put in to photograph the property. From the time the property went on their web site we had a steady stream of interested parties and got an offer within about 6 weeks. During this period the staff at Haart were very good and kept us a great and obtained feed back from previous visits. This wasn't the case with the "local" estate agent who again offered excuses. In the end we sold the property through Haart and so did our neighbours. Thinking back we should have gone with Haart in the first place. Haart ate excellent and will help you sell your property.

We bought our first home with Haart (With Steve) after getting bad experience from number of estate agents in Hayes in 2014 and the transaction was ever so smooth and only took 6 weeks to complete.. now recently we sold that house with help of Haart of Hayes and bought elsewhere and AGAIN Steve, Nadine and Emilio did not disappoint me. They are always happy to help and keep you updated with all the progress. Thank you Haart.
