GoogleHad a bad experience with the actual agent on site. But having has a conversation with "Jas Sagoo" (Branch Partner) put me at ease, he was professional in his manner and certainly redeemed Haarts estate agency in my view. Happy with the follow on service. :-) Previous comment below: "Deeply saddened by the way the agency approched me on a property viewing. Unorganised agency, not prepared or taking into consideration these pandemic times AND how to safe guard customers. I turned up at the property wearing a face mask and the agent wouldn't let me in property becuase i was wearing sandals....what a JOKE. I told the agent you should be prepared for all scenarios and should supply customers with shoe coverings....THATS IT. Customer journey is poor. Not a happy customer....no more haarts agency for me."

GoogleMy family and I had a horrible experience with Haart Hayes Branch. We had our bid accepted by the owner and the agent from Haart Emilio sent us an email congratulating us on the offer being accepted. We apply for the mortgage with all docs accepted waiting for the evaluation survey. Due to covid it took about 3 weeks till we got to the evaluation survey part and we kept the agent Emilio notified all the time. When we got to booking an appointment for the survey the agent Emilio tried to delay us with out any information on any issues but we still pushed for the surveyors to contact him and they did and he told them he will confirm early next week the time. He then calls us 3 working days later after he had cancelled the survey and informing us of another buyer winning the race for the survey. His explanation was “in these situations there is always an upset party and that we were the unfortunate upset party!”. Through out The time between getting our offer accepted and our application progressing he had never told us there is another buyer who is progressing with the sale. He also was backed up by his team manager Jaz who seems to be happy with this behavior. I spoke with the owner who wanted us to be the happy family to own her home and make it our own with our baby girls. She told us that she had been threatened by Haart of legal implications if she rejects the other buyer and chooses us instead who won the Highest bid, got all documents in place and invested time and money to get to the stage of survey. It is clear to me and to everyone who was involved including the owner that Emilio and the agents at Haart favor certain individuals for personal gain over decent hard working families trying to look for their first buy. Our experience proves the likes of Emilio and Jaz work with real estate investors to scout opportunities for these investors to pick up properties at low prices pushing out little families out using technicalities and scaring off home owners. My advise to all home owners and people looking for their new homes Haart is clearly not their to help you and they will put their personal interests before yours.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent 1st exposure, agent had latest info about prices in area. He gave a fair price to start with. As time went on I was advised to lower asking value by 5%. A further reduction was advised once buyer was found, not to my liking. But as I was advised that prices were going down, it would be better to accept. I felt that they were biased towards the buyer more than the seller. The contract with Haart was binding for 2 months, so they were quick to sell at any price with in that period. They kept me up to date with every development and progress during the whole process. I gave a 4 star evaluation, because they are one of if mot the most expensive state agents in the market.
