GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM Be:here Hayes Renting a property during a pandemic is challenging but they don’t make it easy. The property it self is not bad but the management team are something else, I would only describe them as crooked, lying, con artist. I went through the whole process and everything was going well except when they cancelled my contract 24hrs before the move in date. I was informed that the property will be cleaned and repainted before I move in but when I saw the property it was still dirty so I took pictures and I informed them, I had a very unpleasant conversation with the manager Akash. He was not interested in resolving the issue but instead he asked me to canceled the contract as he had other people interested in the apartment and when I declined he did. To make matters worse they made deduction on my holding deposit and when I challenged him, he changed the narrative to I asked for the contract to be canceled. I have never dealt with unprofessional and bully person before. It has also been my experience that they discriminate against certain people. I still haven’t got all my money back and I was left without place. Believe what you choose to and rent at your own risk but I would stay away from be:here Hayes.

GoogleI am in process of moving into be-here Hayes and I am really happy on the tenant onboarding process so far, right from viewing the flat to contract generation, etc.. they have good tenant portal where we can see all the details about the payment/split along with the loads of utility manual and local area information. Am really excited to move into the apartment.

GoogleSuperb location. Near to Station as well High street. All management is really helpful and can be reachable for help. The most important part is security. This place is secure to live which is not applicable in near by societies as lots of fringe elements are roaming in night to enter in the nearby societies.

FacebookI can't recommend this place due to some facts. I visited someone who lives in the building with a pet and has issues with the property manager of Gatefold Buildings. He's harassing her and send an everyday notice with regards to the pet wasted founded in the area designed for pets. I assisted in a verbally fight between the property manager and my friend with regards to the pets policy in the building. The building has many rules which are not respected by anyone. My advice: be aware of the costs involved and the conditions of the property about signing a written contract with them.

GoogleBe warned, this place is a complete rip off to stay at. The flats get sooo hot in the summer you would need to invest in a a/c unit, if your thinking of opening windows i would not bother as the train noise will keep you awake all night. You cant stay in the living room and watch TV as again your having to pause and rewind the t.v due to the train noise. If your thinking of inviting friends or family over again there is no parking. The shutter to go in and out the flat is always broken so your can never get to work. Car park spaces are very tiny. All rubbish has to be taken downstairs which is a pain. Takeaway food places will not deliver to your door so your having to go downstairs and collect food. I would shop around as there are much better places out there yo stay

FacebookI can't say that my stay on the Gatefold Buildings apartments was pleasant. For various reasons which I will explain them here briefly, I will offer not recommended star to this place. 1) rude staff and the property manager should act more within his responsibilities; 2) abusive and arrogance staff; 3) the apartments are described in such a manner to catch your attention but living there it will be a problem (doors, windows, neighbors, management, parking, smoking).

Googlelived here for 2 years, really friendly staff, and they try to build a community feel. respond quickly to repair requests. great location for elizabeth line, short walk to the town with shops etc had fond and happy memories here!

FacebookI’m not sure if the staff was naturally aloof or dismissive or if that’s how they really treat tenants or guests of tenants -but I don’t recommend this property at all. I will not waste my hard-earned money on them, instead, I’ll look somewhere else where I will feel more welcome and where management is truly present and care for their tenants. 1 star 👎

GoogleRecently moved into Be Here Hayes 1 bed room apartment. So far the experience has been very good. Well managed development. Good transport links to Heathrow airport and London Paddington and amenities such as Asda supermarket and Hayes high street (all walking distance). I would highly recommend living here if you are looking in this area. Go check it out!
