Pre-advertising advice, advertising (photos, wording and pricing), all excellent. No tie-ins, so leave anytime you are unhappy - which shows their confidence in their service. And they always get back to you quickly when you call with a question or concern. They thoroughly check the chain behind any offer and advise on risk of acceptance. We have used two other estate agents in the area (Folkestone) before, and there was no comparison in any of the above.

From the first call to Carlo to actually closing the deal he was faultless. We had viewed a property and needed to get on the market asap and he came that evening producing the photos and the property was on the market within 2 days.
