GoogleWe are currently sold STC with Your Key Move and the process so far has been great. Carlo has been a breath of fresh air compared to traditional estate agents. He does things slightly differently and is very supportive and attentive. Communication has been fast and consistent and the process of getting on the market was made very easy. Unlike a lot of agents, Your Key Move are confident in their valuations and put properties on the market at one price (not a guide, offers over or in the region of)!
Can’t recommend Your Key Move enough!

GoogleI have been extremely impressed with Carlo Martella and Your Key Move. Carlo is dedicated, fastidious, commercial and very personable. In addition to this, he has deep knowledge of the Folkestone and surrounding markets, as well as an excellent track record. He found me a buyer within two weeks, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided throughout the marketing of my property. Carlo is a world class estate agent, and I highly recommend him.

GoogleBest Property Agent. We decided to sell our home through Carlo and his Team and from the outset, he offered a sleek, high end and assured level of marketing for our property. Every bit the professional, he worked tirelessly to achieve a sale. Nothing is ever too much trouble to him and if anyone out there wants to sell their house, Carlo is your No1 go-to. We highly recommend Your Key Move, this agent is as good as they get.

I was not disappointed.
Right from the 1st phone call with Suhail I knew I had made the right choice.
They all have been so helpful and professional and nothing is to much trouble.
This was not a happy move for me but they are making it so smooth
I have moved a lot in my time and I can honestly say that Carlo, David and the team
are the best estate agent I have ever used.
Also they had the photos up on rightmove ,Zoopla and others within 1 day and I had a buyer the following day.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI wanted to sell my house, Your Key Move came to view, took me through the process and answered all my questions with confidence making me feel I'm in good hands. They took me through every step. The day my house went up for Sales, it had only been live on the website an hour, I had Carlo call me saying he had someone wanting to view, which they came round that morning, and was sold by lunchtime! Absolutely amazed. Your Key Move have been amazing, very professional, kept me informed all the way. Which is great. If you want to sell your home, this is the company I recommend with absolute confidence.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe best experience of using estate agents we have ever had, this team do the basics of their jobs brilliantly and nothing is too much trouble, they have changed our opinion of estate agents for the better due to their level of service from start to finish not just to secure the sale like some. David was instrumental in getting our chain to finally exchange when solicitors were failing! Don’t be a sheep and use high street estate agents, use your head and use your key move for a better and cheaper service!PositiveQuality
