Within the past 12 months Durden & Hunt have acted on our behalf with the sale of two properties and my wife and I have nothing but praise for the overall level of service they have provided. One property took quite a while to sell due to numerous legal complexities, but we got there in the end. The other property sold very quickly and we managed to exchange and complete on the same day. Throughout the process we were kept informed of progress and that is something most Estate Agents just don't seem to understand how important that is to sellers. We would certainly use them again and we have recommended them to a friend who is also pleased with their service. As with any house sale the journey can be complicated and long, not to mention frustrating. Durden and Hunt came highly recommended by a family member who had used them and I found them to be welcoming, polite and helpful. As we lived a distance away from the property sale they very helpfully took relevant meter readings etc. for us and sent them on. Our chain had a number of hiccups lower down and D&H navigated us through to completion. They have our thanks.

Durden and Hunt completed the task very well from the first meeting about the sale of our property through to the end. Sale went through very quickly as expected from what they told us. The purchase of our new property was challenging (which was no reflection on Durden and Hunt) due to ongoing problems with other parts of the chain. However, Amanda Schiavi worked tirelessly to try and get it over the line despite the repeated attempts of PIER MANAGEMENT to thwart the process. What can I say about this place other than I have nothing but praise. Big shout out to Amanda who has gone way and beyond getting a very difficult sale/purchase through the goal posts . We started looking for a new home last September and found the perfect property with Durden and Hunt. We were unfortunate to have a previous property offer fall through with an awful real estate agent (Alter and Cope). We were also unfortunate to have a truly horrific conveyancing firm on this sale (WYM Legal).
