Sydnie - Andrews.

I have been going through a difficult time with my tenant over the last 3 years. Exacerbated by the change in owner ship of the agent who was looking after my property. Went through many managers in the interim who did not help and were not at all on the ball. However, since Sydnie Chesley took over my account, it has been a revelation. She is prompt in replying to my mails, helpful in communicating with the tenant and finding solutions. I know we are still not at the end of the sage, but I am confident, that with Sydnie by my side it will come to a positive conclusion. Andrews, keep hold of Sydnie. I would have no hesitation in offering her a job, if I was still working.

Isaac Biggerstaff was truly amazing and supportive through the process

I really was so impressed by the estate agent that managed our case. His name was Isaac Biggerstaff and he really was amazing. The whole Andrews property group were very efficient in responding to any queries, organised with bookings and really did seem to show genuine care. Most careless letting agent of the UK

I have been fighting with this agent for several weeks now as they dont bother repay me the deposit. Even though the landlord agreed for the deposit to be returned to me, this agency doesnt care. In most cases they dont even answer my messages and when they do, those are just empty promises. Absolute rubbish service. AVOID!!!
