GoogleShocking service. Make mistakes and do not have the capabilities to own up to them. Could not calculate how much my last tenant was falling into arrears so I had to inform them. Trades people they offer charge above london prices so had to do that myself. Not confident that they do inspections of properties because last tenant was supposed to be sole occupier but had a family of five living there (confirmed by their agent on her visit when stuff had seriously hit the fan) One week inspection report comes back with all is fine and following week get told oven was broken and needs to be fixed. Questioned this got no reply. Asked for photographic inspections to prove they were visiting the property but got nothing. When emailed to ask for it got no reply. Now asking management and they say we dont offer it. Oven replacement was needed got an email saying the cheapest one found was over 400 found one in currys for 220. Questioned that and got told not our job to source it. Questioned why they asked the tenant to measure up the oven when they sent someone for 35 pounds to see the oven and got no reply. Surely they should have asked their trades person or gone there themselves. They indicated the tenant was leaving. When I spoke to the tenant he said he was told we were selling the property which is not the case. Director asked me why I have not been chasing her staff up (because she thinks I possibly work for her and cant hold her own staff to account). Internal investigation which did not address the issues raised. Charged me management fees when... I refurbished the property for 30 percent of the cost they were saying it was. I informed them my tenant was falling behind on rent and by how much. I had to source an oven myself and get it installed. But they charged me management and refuse to answer my queries. Money lost but lesson learnt.
