GoogleI was fortunate to change from my original selling agent to Jeffries, Havant even though I was selling a house on Hayling Island. When the property went live on Rightmove our buyer thought it was a different property due to the superb quality of the photographs! All the staff are friendly, pro-active and most importantly, honest. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this agent wherever you are selling your property.

GoogleFantastic service, excellent advice and engaged throughout the selling process. Rob gave us fantastic advice throughout the sale of our house. In addition James Brown liaised with all potential buyers and gave us excellent, sensible balanced advice, following up on a weekly basis to keep us informed of developments. As a result we had an offer on day 1 and completed 9 weeks later. We could not have done this without the support of this excellent team and we will unreservedly recommend to family and friends. GoogleI have experience of several agents in the area and Jeffries were by far the most proactive with their suggestions and advice, keeping in regular touch. I actually felt something was happening rather than an agent just putting the house on the web and waiting for enquiries. If I ever have any further need for property sales or advice I would certainly go to them first and would certainly recommend them.

GoogleAll the staff have been excellent whilst the sale of my mother’s estate was was all going through. Many potential buyers were taken to the house to view it and we were kept informed at all times of viewings and comments from them. We were contacted on a weekly basis via email and telephone with updates for planned visits and revisits and reviews from the perspective viewers. The whole process of selling the property was made so easy and stress free because of the professional manner in which all members of Staff at Jefferies of Havant dealt with all procedures towards the sale of the house. He acted as an essential go between with vendors and their solicitor to push the sale over the line in a timely way.
