I honestly never thought I would be singing the praises of an estate agents! However that's exactly what I'm going to do. From the moment Rob walked in to our house to value it, I knew I wanted to sell our home through Jeffries & Dibbens Havant. It was a slow start due to (we believe) the budget and the market slowing down. However, every step of the way we were kept informed. Everyone I spoke to were always so helpful, friendly and professional. I always had a call back if I was promised one. If you are also selling your home look no further you won't be disappointed if you use J & D Special mention to Rob, Mollie, James, Jade and Halina all lovely genuine people. The people who work in the Havant branch of this estate agent were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling my house. I would recommend them over any other estate agent in Havant, I had a disappointing experience with the one a few doors along with the rude woman who works in there. Rob and James went above and beyond and would definitely use them again.

They kept in regular contact and gave sound advice as we encountered what was a difficult market.They gave honest feedback from the viewings they arranged and Mollie kindly organised a furniture sale and was on site when this was collected. Especially helpful as we were 3 hours drive from the property. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as I changed agents to Jeffries & Dibbens, it felt like something would happen. The flat had been with another agent for 6 months with little interest. Had a great experience from start to finish. James was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole time, ensuring we were updated at every stage even when things were a bit quiet on viewings. Rob was also great at keeping me updated when James wasn’t available, which also makes it a positive experience knowing that the whole team are there to support with the sale of your property. A big thank you to all at Jeffries, Havant. We have just moved in to our new home and the whole process was relatively easy and stress free. We had our first offer at the beginning of January and have just moved in on 14th June. We were kept informed at each stage and everyone was polite, kind and helpful. It's been a long 21 months, on our journey to find our perfect family home. Our first agent made us feel like one of many, and didn't understand our requirements and didn't make an effort to build a relationship. We had lived in our little flat for 13 years, we had brought both our children home there and it was the first property we owned. Leaving it behind, the memories and our lovely neighbours was almost bitter sweet, which meant the journey to our next destination felt monumental. We met Rob from J&D on a viewing of a house, He got us and understood the goal as well as us as a family. We decided to put the sale of our property in their hands and they then found us out perfect property. The team stayed in touch regularly but even when they had no news they made it a chance to catch up and see how we are instead of focusing on the transaction! From offer to completion it did get stressful, but I knew they were all trying their best to get us across the line. I will always be thankful to the whole team for their dedication but more importantly the way they are as people. Thank you all.

We used Jeffries for our move recently, we completed on the 29th of September 2023, and although the process took way longer than we hoped it would (this was due to others in our chain that were using terrible conveyancers, nothing to do with Jeffries), there were two Estate agents in particular who were fantastic! Rob and James at Havant were brilliant with us, and even when I was feeling very very stressed, and probably not in a great place, or nice to converse with, our move was far from easy, they were totally professional and kind every step of the way, whenever an issue cropped up in the chain, they were always there to help out with advice, not only this, both Rob and James were like a tag team when it came to chasing people up. Again, having Rob and James on my side was almost like having therapists on hand to tell you that these issues were totally normal and that everything will be fine. I know that is not what they are there for, but without them, I think I would have pulled out of our sale months before we completed. So I have to thank them both for keeping myself and my wife on track throughout our sale and keeping us focused on the larger picture instead of getting bogged down in the current stresses of selling our property. But of course it wasn't just those two that were extremely helpful, but the whole team at Jefferies were very pleasant to deal with throughout. One last note, I priced my house in line with what Jeffries suggested, and my house was sold within three days of putting on the market! Even in this tough market you can sell, if you have the right Estate Agent on board, and that you listen to their advice! Thank you Jeffries, we will use you guys without hesitation if we ever come back to the area!

Beverley and all the team at Jeffries (Havant) were extremely helpful with our purchase. In particular, Beverly went above and beyond to help us resolve some of the complications we encountered. She was regularly in touch to update us on progress and always willing to try and find answers to the questions we asked. At times, we felt like we might be trying her patience, but she remained fully professional throughout.
