TrustpilotFox and Sons Hastings Awful.
Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.

GoogleThe worst of the worst. Sanctimonious and very rude. They've forget who their customers and try and try and treat you like a friend instead of a customer. Avoid at all costs. Hope you take the advice.

Customer service is great at first but once they’ve got you they couldn’t care less. Staff are rude and are always ‘too busy’
