The delays were caused by us not being able to find title deeds and buyers solicitors dragging their feet and asking questions late in the day that could have been asked at the outset. Julie and Samara kept us informed and kept hold of our buyers who were found very early on.

I had 4 different buyers for mums bunglow through waterloovile office.3 buyers pulling out for different silly reasons but each time the property was resold straight away.
