Great service, great team

From the moment we met zoey we knew it was only cubitt and west for us! She was engaging and it felt a less business like approach which we preferred, also straight talking with little fluff - a great quality as robotic and passionless approaches put us off other agents. Julie Bramble was fantastic in her role pushing things along meaning we didnt have to and her responses were quick - she particularly excelled when she looked into a request I put in and also getting a tricky exchange/completion over the line - very professional, courteous and for me should be employee of the month. Other interactions with the team including samara were great and I would recommend anyone to use this branch.

I can’t recommend Cubitt & West highly…

I can’t recommend Cubitt & West highly enough for the excellent service and support I received throughout the sale of my house. My initial correspondence was with Zoey, who was incredibly supportive, friendly and informative from the very beginning. She was always happy to answer my questions and made me feel reassured and well looked after, which made the whole process much less daunting. I was then fortunate to have Julie supporting me with the sale. Julie was fantastic throughout, professional, approachable, knowledgeable and always there when I needed help or advice. She kept me informed at every stage, communicated clearly and went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling a house can be a stressful experience, but having such caring and dedicated people supporting me made a huge difference. I genuinely felt that both Zoey and Julie cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me, rather than simply seeing it as another sale. A huge thank you to Zoey and Julie for all your hard work, patience and support. You were both a pleasure to deal with, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cubitt & West to anyone looking to sell their home.

I wanted to specifically recognise…

I wanted to specifically recognise Thomas Goodchild for the support he has given me throughout what has unfortunately been a very difficult tenancy experience. I first dealt with Thomas shortly after my tenancy began, when an arrangement I had agreed prior to signing had not been properly communicated internally. Thomas took the time to understand what had happened, reviewed the correspondence I provided and resolved the issue for me fairly and with genuine understanding. When more serious issues arose with the tenancy and I was struggling to get a response, I reached out to Thomas again. Although the matter was not directly his responsibility, he helped me escalate it to the appropriate people, which ultimately resulted in me getting the response I needed. Most recently, Thomas has supported me through the checkout process. Once again, he has been responsive, kind, clear and genuinely helpful, making sure everything was properly documented and explaining what was needed from me. What stands out is that this wasn't a one-off interaction. Every time I dealt with Thomas, he showed the same professionalism, empathy and willingness to help. During an experience that has been incredibly stressful both personally and financially, being treated with basic human kindness genuinely meant a lot. Thomas is a real credit to the team and I wanted to make sure his individual service was recognised. Thank you, Thomas.

Thomas Godchild is exceptionally helpful, extremely knowledgeable and understanding, he was always follows up on any actions that are borne out of our discussions, and this has helped immensely. Wonderful company, friendly, helpful and responsive

We have been dealing with a lovely lady called Lilly Palmer, we are in the process of relocating from East Sussex to Hampshire, and selling our flat to my brother. I would recommend Cubitt & West in a heartbeat. They made what might have been a difficult and stressful sale (my late father's park home) smooth and painless. Elliot was straightforward with us (me and my brother), honest and realistic regarding what we might expect in terms of a price for the home. He did not attempt to widen our eyes with unrealistic prices. He explained all the steps we would be taking in detail. Nicola also had the genius idea of showing the property before we had even refurbished it. We had already given Elliot our word that we would be using them for our sale (as we were so taken by his honesty) so we signed the contract and the viewing resulted in a sale! The buyers had their own ideas in terms of refurbishment. The price was more than aceptable and my brother and I still cannot believe that the property was sold without us having to refurbish. This saved us a lot of time, money and hassle. Both Nicola and Elliot kept us updated constantly in regrads to the buyers going in to measure etc and the surveyors going in. I have dealt with estate agents before and I can honestly say that Cubitt & West are the most honest, straightforward no-nonsense (in the sense that they don't try to hoodwink with unrealistic expectations) estate agents I have ever dealt with. A real breath of fresh air and they have restored my faith in estate agents!
