When things got too much and we didn't understand what was being asked of us, Julie called and reassured us, also emailing us to let us know what was happening at every step. Its a shame the process isn't a little quicker, but now Mum is moved in, and we can look back, Julie made it a pleasurable experience.

Cubbit and west is a great company and weve really had good experiences.However, when it comes to fixing issues in the house, response has been poor. Some issues have lingered over a year without anything being done, even whe they come for routine chexks and the issues are raised again, notes are taken but not action.
