My Dad (who is over 70 years old) sold a house with Beals and I feel like they haven’t treated him properly. I spoke with the person sorting his stuff out and they didn’t seem as friendly as you’d hope - considering he sold his house through them you’d expect them to speak to you nicely?

GoogleWhen I first started going through Beals the virus was also coming about so the start of the process for moving house was shakey; but I do not blame Beals for this. Throughout the process they were always safe and happy to help, and always made sure to pickup the phone promptly.

Difficult sale of my late Mum's bungalow. Live 200 miles away so not easy. Took a while, fences blew down, etc. After many months of dealing with Hugh and Liam, all I can say is that they're professional, empathetic and have a joint sense of humour, they also sold Mum's house. Thanks, H and L.
