TrustpilotTotal shambles, avoid!
Total shambles.............. we rent our property out through them and they didn't pay us the rent one month? When i contacted them we were informed that we had no contract with them............ erm, the tenant had been in there over a year, had paid the rent, beales just couldn't put two and two together. Total shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!

TrustpilotThrough a very difficult time…
Through a very difficult time Ben and Lucy dealt with me as they were both furloughed at various times. The house was left in an appalling condition by the previous tenant but with their help it was quickly turned around ready to let again. They appreciate time is money. Looking forward to a good tenancy this time.

We was shown around by a lovely gentleman named Freddie, he was very knowledgeable on the property. Took time to explain which items would be staying, pointing out all the storage options in the property and was just a genuinely kind and informative man. Very pleased with the quality of customer service we received.

Beals sold my flat and did an excellent job. Ross discussed the sale with me in detail and ensured I was fully aware of how beals had calculated an appropriate sale price and marketing strategy. The flat sold very quickly and I achieved the sales value I had hoped for. Ross also kept me fully informed all along the way.
