GoogleBeals deal with the overall management and letting of my property. This is the first experience I have had with leasing out my property and as a new landlord to the scene, and with everything going on. James at Havant have dealt with everything for me. Finding tenants, ongoing management and arranging different contractors.

Beals have been a great help to us over the past few weeks. Since we found out that our landlord had sold the house, beals did all the ground work for us and within 4 days we had selected a new place to live and within 2 weeks we are ready to move in to our new home.

TrustpilotMy Dad (who is over 70 years old) sold…
My Dad (who is over 70 years old) sold a house with Beals and I feel like they haven’t treated him properly. I spoke with the person sorting his stuff out and they didn’t seem as friendly as you’d hope - considering he sold his house through them you’d expect them to speak to you nicely?
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
