Consistently good service!

Having dealt mainly with Dan Frogley several times over the last 14 years with both our rental properties and two occasions of selling our residential houses, we are very pleased with his service. He is always polite and helpful with straightforward, no-nonsense advice on what our options are as the housing market changes. There have been one or two admin errors at Beals’ head office, but these were quickly resolved. Having read a few of the negative reviews on here, I can only say that any expanding business will gather one or two ‘bad apples’ along the way, but it would seem that Beals have since dealt with them and as a business, they should not be entirely negatively judged on the behaviour of a very small minority of staff. Our experience has always been excellent when dealing with any of Beals’ employees. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Dan in particular.

Beals have been absolutely fantastic…

Beals have been absolutely fantastic throughout our letting experience. At first, I was dealt with by Taylor, answered all our questions in a speedy, professional manner.I was then passed over to Phoebe. Well, without Phoebe, we wouldn’t be in the position we are now. She has bent over backwards to get everything sorted for us especially at such a manic time!! She has remained friendly and understanding whilst updating me in a timely fashion on everything! Myself and family are truly thankful for all her help! We have dealt with many letting agents and Beals is by far the best and would highly recommend.

Totally furious.

Totally furious.. I receive a marketing leaflet through the door informing me they over achieved 115.4% of market price on property I have just purchased.. Using photos of my property and no agreement to do… GDPR etc broached and property shown to be over paid for.. So will I go back to sell with them NO… Bad practise and legally wrong to do….

We had a very rude agent when making an…

We had a very rude agent when making an enquiry over the phone. The property was advertised on rightmove as available but told by the agent that they are not taking any new business, so we asked why the property was being advertised when they are not doing viewings. He was rude in his manner and told us he was hanging up the telephone as he was not prepared to explain himself. The company website for Beals says the service is limited (Covid 19) Which we fully appreciate, however this is not a reason for rudeness!

Helpful staff at Head Office Whitley

I recently had problems with my rental property, I contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Sophie, she went out of her way to help me, she referred me to one of their property managers called Hayley who sorted everything out for me. She was always in contact with me either by phone or email whilst sorting out the problem. I would definitely recommend Beals Estate Agents whether renting or buying.

Worst Estate Agents

It is absolutley shocking how this Estate Agents have nearly 5 stars! Do not give a F*** about tenants. It took 4 months for us to hear about getting our deposit back and we had to go an dispute it! Tried to rip us off for a bill of £2000 for a 1 bed flat! Amanda Leggett dealt with our account and never answered our calls, never answered her phone, got outright ignored for a good month. Once you have paid the deposit and are in you are in your rented accomodation they do not care about you anymore. They will fine you for the smallest things. Has put me off renting for life.

Fantastic professionalism from start to finish. After being given the run around from other local estate agents due to certain circumstances , Phoebe Hilton from beales gave us a call and can honestly say she couldn't do enough for us. Phoebe showed amazing willing to help us find our ideal property and assisted us every step of the way , nothing was too much effort for her to help us out.She was upfront and honest , very easy to talk to and would highly recommend her for any bodies letting needs.Amazing service and as cheesy as it sounds, I would of given 10*s if it was an option.

Letting property and setting up contracts

I have used Beal's Lettings on several occasions over the years to find tenants, set up the AST contract, the inventory, carry out the check out and check ins. They have been excellent at sorting out any problems that occurred. If I have had a problem they have been quick to respond and sort things out. The only thing I would say is that at the initial stages, when they have found a tenant, they could have been better at confirming the agreed costs.

Beals were golden!

Knowing my property wasn’t the easiest to sell, Beals took on the task and went full steam ahead. Although a little tricky at the beginning with the wrong candidates and change in sales guy that didn’t help, however, when Ben Thompson took over the property things moved very quickly and smoothly. He regularly phoned me to let me know what was going on and his politeness, honesty and professionalism was greatly received. He was bringing the right people to view the property and we got the sale! All through the sales process I felt at ease and was always up to date with progress and actions. With Bens outstanding negotiation skills he was able to get the deal that best fitted myself which managed me also to purchase a new property and also through the purchase process he made it happen was absolutely superb!With Ben at the helm I absolutely recommend Beals.
