I have found the whole process of finding our lodger through Beals Estate Agents an absolute pleasure! The staff go the distance in making you secure in the fact that every aspect of the process is taken care of. They have been very courteous, efficient and kind. They have kept us well informed and I wouldn't hesitate in saying that Beals Estate Agent have exceeded my expectations in every way! Their care where Covid 19 has been concerned, has been to adhere to social distancing rules, whilst wearing suitable face coverings. Very well done during these unprecedented times!

I have just been through the process of re-letting my property which has required a lot of engagement with Lucy Hayward from Beals in Havant. The process of letting the property has been more complex due to the co-ordination of maintenance work carried out on the property and the legal certification of electrical / EPC etc and the start date for the tenant. During this process, I found Lucy very professional in that she was well organised, understood Beals responsibilities and kept me informed of mine. She came across very polite and professional on the phone and left me feeling confident that my property was in the safe hands of Beals. Please pass on my thanks.
