A special thanks to Jorgia Tye and Brett Colman at the Chandler’s Ford branch. Although the process of our sale is currently in its final stages, I wanted to leave this review to highlight the quite simply wonderful support, professionalism and very clear work ethic that has been given to us. All of the team have been friendly and willing to help whenever necessary. Jorgia’s kind and caring approach, along with willing to go above and beyond has meant a lot to us. Our appreciation must also be given to Brett, whose knowledge and dedication helped guide us throughout this process.

I was helped into a rental property by Michael McCormack. I can honestly say his customer service and knowledge has been invaluable. He has spent some time on the phone with me and helped me through my whole process.Which I really appreciate. I’ve spoken to a few estate agents who just see you as a number. Micheal made me feel like he cared that I can have a chance to get into the rental market. Which ment the world while I was going through a really hard time. We purchased a house through Beals and Lauren was our main point of contact - from the first viewing through to the completion, Lauren was excellent. She was great at communication, arranged several viewings for us and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Lauren even went above and beyond at a viewing to help locate a water stopcock and wasn’t afraid of getting dirty! Lauren was a pleasure to do business with and as first time buyers, we hugely appreciated her professionalism, knowledge and support. Thank you Lauren!

In what was a long and arduous drawn out sale and had it not been for Katie’s relentless chasing of purchasers and Solicitos I’m sure it would still continuing. Katie was always pleasant and positive even when she was banging her head against a wall to get the simplest of responses to up date us. Rented a flat through Beals.I saw a 2 bedroom flat I wanted to rent after just coming out of a divorce, I went into Beals and spoke with Lucy Watt who I cannot recommend enough. Lucy went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stressless and smooth sailing as possible due to the current situation, I also felt she was quite empathetic and I could fully trust Lucy with helping me to secure a safe environment for myself and young child to live.

Carly was my first point of contact, She came round, Looked around briefly & listened. She was friendly, approachable, informative and helpful, most importantly not pushy just knowledgable and gave options for what we wanted to achieve. We were not ready initially and she again, listened and didn't over contact! When we decided to go with Beals, Carly came round and again, being very experienced, was not pushy but listened, questioned & gave options allowing us to make the decision we felt happy with. I then also dealt with Jade who dealt with the viewings - which came thick and fast! Communication was great and We had an offer after just 5 viewings in less than 1 week. We acheived a decent price and I couldn't be happier with the service so far. I would absolutely reccommend Beals to anyone!

Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

As a tenant I've had a really great experience over the last 3 years in the same property.1: Rhys has been my primary contact from the day I was shown round my flat. He responds quickly to questions, is efficient and friendly. He's a real asset to the business. 2: The Beals online property file is a very useful tool for tenants. It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. It also allows you to view your tenancy details.I'm very glad to be with Beals; Rhys has made the experience a very positive one. He's a very genuine guy and is a great example of how to work in property and still be a decent person.Mike R

We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. The whole process will be done by early Jan, I want to say Emily being on the ball has really ensured for us to get through the interim period quicker than prev estate agents we have dealt with.Emily has been a pleasure to deal with, always has a smile, friendly and great communication!
