Don't rent with beals.

2 years of dealing with beals, awful company, do not care about the customer. Constant house issues, maintenance team will take weeks to even get anything sorted, could name atleast 4 office workers who have either lied or denied lying at multiple points. Pass you around the office so they don't have to deal with you, endless amounts of issues, often tell you they will call back and don't. Do not rent with beals. Poor company at best.

Definitely a 5 star experience. Oliver Sourmenidis , Parkgate Branch did an excellent job. We viewed a property with him on a Saturday and we moved in on Thursday. He facilitated our move in less than a week. He was completely understanding and empathetic of our situation after we have been messed by another agency. He is friendly, professional and very efficient. I’ll recommend Beales to anyone looking to rent a property.

I always ask the services of Beal's of Havant when letting my loft room's. I have them reference my new tenants coming in. To include organizing the deposit, and financial side of things whilst providing both myself and my new tenant with a with a comprehensive copy of the new tenancy agreement, signed sealed and delivered. I find this to be a considerable weight off my shoulders, where the laws associated with carrying out such tasks are concerned! I find the individuals at Beal's of Havant to be courteous, approachable and always professional. I have had cause to do business with Joseph Keaton the manager, on three separate occasions now and never once have I been disappointed.

I’ve recently had back and forth communication with one of the agents Erin and she has been so professional, patient and helpful with all of my queries and questions. I’ve been looking to move into the Havant area for the last year and she has been such a pleasure to speak to. It’s a big jump for me to up move my family but I feel like the team at Beales really care about their clients and I’d feel really happy and reassured to find a property through them and hopefully buy a house through them one day.

I have been in the very capable hands of Ellie for a while now. She has listened to our needs, and taken them on board. Ellie has remained very professional throughout what has been a very difficult situation. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she takes matters somewhat to a personal level. She deserves a medal for perseverance! That aside, out of all the local agencies I have contacted, Beals have been about the only one to respond. Really impressed with the service provided by Beals in selling a retirement apartment on my behalf. I can’t speak highly enough about Chloe Page’s efforts. She kept me very well-informed all the way through the sale process. In addition, her personal initiative was crucial in overcoming various challenges presented by others at different points in the sale. Other members of the office were equally helpful, carrying out tasks that I couldn’t reasonably have expected an estate agent to undertake. Their trouble saved me the time & expense of travelling to the flat on a couple of occasions. I would strongly recommend Beals to prospective buyers & sellers in the Havant area.

Jon and the team have been proactive throughout the sale of our house. We had an offer within 3 weeks of the house going on the market. Beals gave us twice the amount of viewings than we got from our other estate agent.Jon spent 2 days showing my partner and I around different properties in our desired area and budget, this was an invaluable process to finding what we wanted in a property and ultimately purchasing our new home.

Team beals very good from renting out my property and selling it.Hayley worked very well on my house. Hayley got my house back up to scratch for selling my house after they rented my house out for three years. Team beals done a Stirling job renting my house out,I was 0n the beals gold plan. When I decided to put it on the market and the tenants contract finished. Beal were then asked to sell it they got hayley and the dedecorating and cleaning team for one week, to bring the property to decent state.They did an amazing job. The property was put on the market it was sold within 24 hours.Three lots of people looked at it all put offers and one couple put in the full asking price.Beals all day long!!! Mr Barker happy customer!!
