GoogleWe had lost a property we were buying via Eyre and Sons due to the owner pulling out. However, Debbie saved the day and recommended another property that was just about to go on the market. We saw it first, loved it and had our offer accepted all within two days of the previous purchase falling through. Debbie also helped during the process leading to exchange with regular communication and answering our queries. Would highly recommend!

Bearing in mind this was my final house sale to move in with my daughter after many house sales in the past, I can honestly say this is the best estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There are no unreturned calls, you are updated constantly. There are not many like this, to have an estate agent that goes above and beyond to ensure they are doing the best they can is a rare thing. My wife had recently lost her mother which was a very upsetting time but from the very first time we met Debbie she took control and took all that worry away of selling the house. She kept us informed of everything that was happening and even rang my wife on numerous occasions to see how she was! It was the compassionate side of the process that went above what was expected.
