GoogleDeb and her team recently sold my bungalow. I have used them before so didn’t hesitate to contact them again. I wasn’t disappointed in the service. They all have a good balance of being professional and friendly. In addition they are excellent communicators and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. Thank you to Deb and colleagues for making the experience as seamless as possible.

GoogleI literally can’t recommend the team at A J Eyre enough. We have sold two properties with them and they couldn’t do enough to help. Emma was so professional and friendly throughout the entire process and went above and beyond with chase ups and feedback all the way through. The entire team made us feel so valued that I feel 5 stars is no where near enough to rate the outstanding service we received. I’d never use anyone else again, in fact I’m sad it’s all over as I miss them.

From the initial steps all the way through to the end of the process, the team have been fantastic. I was always kept informed at every step throughout the process, with the team checking in with me on a regular basis and keeping me updated. The team are so friendly, personable and always go the extra mile to assist in any way possible; they worked very hard to get the sale over the line, particularly through a tough time for the housing market in general. Their dedication and the fact that they do their utmost for you in a professional, calm and friendly manner puts them head and shoulders above other local independent and chain estate agents. I would always use A.J.Eyres and Sons for any house sale and I wholeheartedly recommend them and their service. Having missed out on our last sale and purchase a couple of years ago we were a little worried this time round but Deb took care of everything and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She chased everyone up constantly and didn't leave anything to chance. We would recommend the team highly.

Emma is very knowledgeable and easy to talk things over with. We felt well informed and looked after throughout the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous throughout. Emma worked like a trojan to keep the chain together, along with great input from Debbie & Amy. Emma's tenacity, determination and hard work are the reason we finally completed on the sale last week. GoogleEyres are head and shoulders above any other estate agents. We’ve recently sold our property with them and we would never go to anyone else. The whole team care about the process and us as people, and kept us up to date with honesty at all times. A BIG shout out to Aaron in particular, he’s such an asset to the team, such a hard-worker and an absolute star. He was always on our side and supported us through a bit of a stressful sale, due to elements completely out of our (and his) control! We really couldn’t have done it without Eyres.

GoogleWe recently used A J Eyre and Sons to market and sell our house in Clanfield. We received a fantastic service right from the moment we first spoke to them. The brochure for our property was extremely well presented and we had several viewings resulting in multiple offers. The moving process was quite drawn out and at times appeared to be very complicated, but we were kept informed and reassured by the team, led by Debbie, who liaised professionally with all other parties involved. I really cannot thank them enough!

Without their patience and attention to detail the sale and purchase of two propoerties may not have occured. The chain was challenging and this team ensured everyone moved. GoogleThe staff at AJ Eyre & sons have been fabulous in all our dealings with them. Although they were acting on behalf of the sellers (we were the buyers), Debbie, John and the team were highly professional, approachable, friendly and always happy to help answer any questions that we had in a timely manner. We were so impressed with their approach and style that we immediately recommended them to family members for the sale of their property and they likewise have been equally impressed. We were buying our house which was on the market with Eyres and Oli was looking after us; he is very friendly and professional and it was a pleasure speaking to him almost every day for 4 months! The whole team were lovely and were absolutely on the ball and very supportive throughout the entire purchase. Incredibly efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. If we move again, I will definitely market the house with Eyres as they're so friendly and helpful.

GoogleThe team at Eyres have just dealt with the purchase of my elderly nans flat and from the first viewing to the final day of completion they went above and beyond to make this move as smooth as possible for her. Any queries were answered promptly and calls returned quickly. Oliver was particularly so helpful and we cannot thank him enough. We would not hesitate in using this estate agents again as we have found that other estate agents we have used previously have no customer service skills at all. Thank you.

GoogleI cannot recommend Eyres highly enough. They were extremely professional and worked tirelessly to achieve a sale of my late mother's flat, keeping me well informed at every step of the process. This was a difficult time for me but I found them to be very friendly, approachable and supportive. Ollie was my main contact and I am going to miss him now the sale has completed! However in the event that he was away from the office I found Debbie and the rest of the team to be just as pleasant and helpful. Definitely a 5 star service.

GoogleI couldn't recommend A J Eyres more. Debbie and Oli have been fantastic. It wasn't an easy chain and we were informed every step of the way. Oli was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in order to make sure we completed successfully. Everyone at Eyres was so helpful. John took amazing photos which I have kept for our scrap book. I can't thank you all enough.
