GoogleJim dealt with the sale of my home, it was a very difficult transaction as it was part of a divorce, Jim dealt with this very sensitively and was tenacious in getting the sale exchanged despite a very difficult chain. I have used Jim every time I have moved and would recommend him every time.

GoogleFrom experience of buying and selling, I would say they are certainly now the best estate agents in the Old Town and I would be happy to recommend them as efficient, trustworthy and excellent communicators. They managed my sale very well and provided useful and accurate advice where necessary whilst keeping everything on a friendly, but professional level.

TrustpilotSold my fathers property on my behalf quickly and easily
Sold my fathers property on my behalf, they were professional, kept us up to date and quick to respond. I don't live in Hastings and they were happy to take keys, take photos of the property, arrange and be present for viewings and take care of things I couldn't be there for, this was much appreciated.

GoogleI have heard positive feedback re the process from people who have bought recently, i wish that Just would produce floor plans on their description on Rightmove. But prices in Hastings have gone crazy recently, like many agents in the area, Just seem to be vastly overpricing property because of the London influx, its a shame.
