Thank you Just Property for all your help with the sale of my property. I was so pleased to find out you sell in the Bexhill area and will forever be using you in the future. Constantly updated by the lovely team and a stress free sale (which is a first!) thanks again.

A fantastic agency that keep you informed all the way along the selling and buying route. I have bought and sold with Just Property and found them to be fantastic and I wouldn't sell with anyone else in the local area. Excellent communication and politeness from all the staff and they all get to know you which gives any transaction a personal touch that makes you feel very secure. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Estate Agents that go the extra mile.

We are so pleased we chose Just Property to sell our house. Their prompt caring service supported us every step of the way. Unlike the competition the team at Just Property routinely check-in with updates on the progress they're making. Put simply they deliver on all levels and we would certainly engage them again.

Just Property were great with our…

Just Property were great with our purchase on our first home! They were not at all 'pushy or sales like' towards us which made us feel more comfortable, start to finish. It was all new to us (obviously) and they explained every step of the process and reassured us throughout. We brought a house from a lovely man and they took care of him whilst putting our needs first too. The process was quite straight forward and relaxed and we complete within the next couple of weeks! Can't wait to be in our first home and Just Property helped us get the best value for our money and we will be forever grateful.

Lived up to all expectations!

From our first meeting with Charles Perez we knew that Just were going to be our choice of agent to sell our property in Guestling. They have lived up to all expectations and the property sold within five days and the transaction was completed within four months. We have been kept constantly informed of progress with regular updates from the team. It has been a real pleasure to deal with them and I would be very happy to recommend their services.

Professional service with a personal touch - everyone I interacted with knew who I was and the sale details. Responsive throughout the process and offered both clear and unvarnished advice, as well as reassurance when required!

Our hero's!

In June 2019 we put our house on the market with Just Property. We made a bee line for THE only house we wanted, that happened to be with Just Property too. By August 2019 we had completed and were in! All in 3 months! Just Property were amazing, lightening fast, fantastic communication throughout the entire process, professional, warm, friendly, totally on our level and human! They even helped rehome the fish in the garden, for goodness sake! Totally above and beyond and we felt like we were in the right hands from the start to finish. Smooth operators! Thank you Just Property, we love our new house! Cheers to 2020 and all the best, Emma and Anna

Everyone at Just Property was very friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them, they listened to me no matter what I had to say. Tom saw the sale of my property through to the end and got involved at every step, it was his hard work that got it through to completion even with lockdown playing a large part in the process! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent all round service

Great service from a professional and friendly team. Particularly in the later stages of a very stressful sale (which took 7 months despite no chain either side!) the whole team pulled out all the stops. Colin in particular was fantastic, his support in the last couple of weeks kept me on the right side of sanity! Literally nothing was too much trouble

Not your typical estate agents

Ben was very helpful, good communication. Not your typical pushy estate agents didn’t constantly hound us like a lot of others do. Would definitely use JUST again.

Excellent team at the Hastings office

The service from the Hastings office has been brilliant starting with our first valuation visit from Austin. We have been very impressed with Just property. Unfortunately our own solicitor was very poor but Issey worked with us tirelessly to make the sale proceed as smoothly as possible considering what we were all up against. I would highly recommend Just property.

Top quality experience!

We recently bought and sold a property with the Bexhill branch of Just Property. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were both professional and friendly. This is by far the best experience we have ever had from an estate agency firm.

We have bought and sold through Just Property a number of times, and always find their service to be excellent. They fully understand the process of buying a house doesn't just stop when an offer is accepted, and they are always on hand to ease the often tricky process of dealing with the solicitors and others involved. Their staff are very friendly, polite and communicate well. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks all!

All the team at Just Property were always friendly and helpful. They were easy to communicate with and understood what we were looking for. They helped make the process as stress free as possible. We also received a little welcome hamper on completion which was a nice touch.

The personal touch, a gem of an Agency…

I recommend this agency for their care and personal touch, during my search for a flat they listened to my extremely specific requirements and managed to match me to the properties that were appropriate, they took the time to get to know me and literally did all they could to find my new home. At no time did I ever feel I was just another sale to them, thank you so much.

When buying or selling a property its really important to chose the right estate agents. We definitely did, JUST PROPERTY were absolutely fantastic all the way through. In a very challenging environment JUST PROPERTY stepped up and gave not just a 100% but probably 200%. We know for a fact that without JUST PROPERTY we would not be where we are today, and thats in our new home!, so a big thank you to them. If you live in East Sussex are and you are looking for an estate agent, then there is only one agent to use, JUST PROPERTY.

The team at Just Property couldn't do enough to help us find our new home. They took the time to show us property that they thought fitted our wants and needs rather than any old thing. They are with you 100% of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when there were a few glitches with the chain and dates etc. They were on the phone and updating and chasing. Anyone looking to sell or buy, wouldn't go anywhere else.
