GoogleAfter reading so many good reviews we decided to go with Seymours Haslemere. An estate agent from another company in the town had valued our property at £425k then when asked to revalue a few months later he said £450. As I wasn't sold on the original estate agent we decided to arrange a meeting with Joss of Seymours. Joss immediately said that our property should be marketed higher (over £500k). In all honesty I was doubtful that we would get anywhere near this. How wrong I was, from the start Joss knew exactly what he was doing and gave a fantastic service from start to finish. If you are looking for an estate in the Haslemere area then please give the team at Seymours a call because the service that my family and I recieved was absolutely

GoogleI am very happy to write this review. I contacted Seymours in 2019 following recommendations from both a tenant and landlord of Seymours as I was considering renting my property.
I chose Seymours as my agent for several reasons.
Nick Lees heads a Lettings team that are professional, transparent, communicate well, listen ,are honest and are never pushy.
The decision was made to put my house on the Market at the beginning of March with a view to summer letting.... not great timing as it turned. However with the creation of a fab video tour , along with excellent marketing and assessment of potential tenants my property has been successfully let since the beginning of July.
I would definitely recommend Seymours if you are considering renting your property.
