GoogleWe gave these guys to manage our tenancy and when the tenancy end .they were more supportive to the tenants not to us and being the landlord we had to do so many work when the tenancy ended. Seymours still not paid for cost and they still keep the deposit. Please any landlords beware. Please choose different company.

Regarding your review, it's important to note that you opted not to have Seymours manage the property; our involvement was strictly introductory. Despite this, we have made extensive efforts to assist with tenancy matters. Now that the tenants have vacated, you have requested to retain the tenant's full deposit. However, as the tenants dispute this claim, the matter has been escalated to the TDS for resolution since an agreement could not be reached between the parties regarding deposit deductions. Despite your repeated requests for us to 'give you the deposit,' this is a standard process, and the deposit must legally remain protected until a resolution is determined. I understand your frustration, but it is crucial to clarify that our role was limited to tenant introduction, not property management. Responsibilities such as maintenance and end-of-tenancy arrangements were not within our scope. Our goal has always been to support both parties fairly and ensure all actions comply with legal standards and the tenancy agreement. We appreciate your feedback and are available to assist further if you have any questions or need more clarification on the dispute process. Please feel free to contact us directly.

GoogleI put my flat on the market with Seymour’s and from my first meeting with Pebbles she instantly made me feel reassured that I was using the right agents. When showing prospective buyers around my flat Pebbles and Joss made me feel very proud and confident of my property and the job they were doing. The team are very personable and reassuring during a stressful time and extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop. They took the time to listen which I very much appreciated. Their service is definitely above and beyond. I decided for personal reasons to take my flat off the market but when I decide to remarket I will definitely be using them again. Thank you !

They were always professional and efficient, keeping us well informed, well advised and up to date at all times. We tried another local agent for three months and interviewed several others but found Seymours the most promising and enthusiastic. GoogleSeymours have been an excellent choice of Estate Agent for the sale of our property - the whole team was very professional however especially Joss Cooper - he went above and beyond to market our property in record time and then secured a swift sale - he then managed the sale expertly liaising with an overseas buyer and a difficult solicitor. He was always available to facilitate a smooth transaction and the communication was fantastic and allowed us to manage a 300 mile relocation with relative ease. I cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleSeymours have been great in helping us find a place to rent- we had some help from Dan and Becky in the Woking Branch initially but Jacob in Haslemere got us where we are now- he's been great every step of the way, from finding the place, putting in the offer and now keeping in contact with getting us set up. Super friendly and helpful team making everything as easy as possible- would definitely recommend using Seymours if you can! :)

GoogleExceptional service. We entrusted Seymours to sell our house in Haslemere whilst we were working overseas. They remained in constant contact, sent updates regarding viewings & worked tirelessly to secure a sale. We bought our house through Seymours originally & sold it through them 2 years later, since we valued their customer service, help & commitment from the outset.
